Our nomination for Wellford Gardens’ inclusion beat fierce competition from a high number of submissions for the 2025 edition, representing an impressive £3.5BN in assets.

The guide is compiled every year by Knight Frank, one of the world’s leading independent real estate consultancies, founded in 1896. The Knight Frank Luxury Care Home Guide has become the go-to publication for the care sector's top operators and investors. The guide aims to showcase the UK’s top 100 best-in-class care homes, offering the highest quality in luxury settings, hospitality and design, and we are delighted to see Wellford Gardens included in that list.

Judges considered various criteria, from the content and images received, to accessibility, how luxury elements benefit residents and their wellbeing, a nutritious food menu, the design and use of outdoor space, and sustainability factors.
