Ten lucky care home staff from Athelstan House, run by the Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) found out today that they will enjoy a special pamper treat courtesy of Natura Bissé spa partner at Whatley Manor’s Aquarias Spa.
The draw took place today (3 September) at the spa, with those selected receiving a voucher for a 60-minute treatment at the Aquarias Spa in partnership with Natura Bissé. Aquarias Spa at Whatley Manor, Malmesbury, has taken the initiative to thank the healthcare professionals for all their amazing work over the past months. The #ThanksForSavingOurSkin campaign is designed to thank healthcare professionals in care homes for their courage and commitment.
Whatley Manor Spa Manager, Jessica Grant, said:
“We are delighted to offer these complementary treatments to care staff at OSJCT Athelstan House. As we know, healthcare workers have suffered through prolonged PPE use during long days of tireless work fighting the virus, so now it’s time for them to enjoy being taken care of. Our spa will provide a 60-minute treatment ritual designed to restore sensitive, irritated or damaged skin and ensure the hydration and comfort they need.”
