Residents at OSJCT Willowcroft have found a wonderful way to celebrate the dedicated staff who care for them as part of Professional Care Workers Week.
To show their appreciation, residents came together to write a heartfelt poem dedicated to the Willowcroft team, capturing the kindness, compassion and support they receive every day.
The poem was a lovely reflection of the special relationships between residents and staff, and a touching reminder of the difference care workers make in the lives of those they support.
With warmth, humour and plenty of affection, the residents put their thoughts into words to create a very personal thank-you to the team.
