The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) is delighted to announce the appointment of Wioletta Meler (Suzi) as the new Care Home Manager at Windsor Street Care Centre in Cheltenham.

With extensive experience in social care leadership and a strong commitment to person-centred support, Suzi brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and insight to the Windsor Street team. Suzi’s background includes managing residential, nursing and dementia care services, leading multidisciplinary teams and achieving strong regulatory outcomes.

Suzi will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, support residents and families, and lead the dedicated team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Suzi’s focus will be on maintaining Windsor Street’s warm community atmosphere while continuing to enhance wellbeing, safety, and the resident experience.
