The facilities and communal spaces are beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff made the admission process straightforward and stress-free, and the care and support they provide to my dad have been outstanding. The management team are approachable and supportive, while the care leaders are efficient and professional. OSJCT 3‑for‑2 Respite Offer Terms and Conditions
- This offer is available only at selected care homes.
- This offer is available on stays booked and paid for in full by 31st July 2026. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice at any participating care home.
- This offer is subject to availability of a bedroom at the requested care home at the point at which you wish to stay. If dates are not flexible and there is no availability at your preferred home, we will recommend one of our sister homes.
- This offer is only applicable to residents paying the full respite fee for two weeks.
- Stays can begin on any day of the week, subject to agreement in advance with the home manager.
- The offer is only valid on three consecutive weeks.
- No other offer or discount may be used in conjunction with this offer.
- Offer must be mentioned at time of booking, and is subject to a care assessment and availability at the chosen care home.
- This offer is available to privately funded customers only, and only to those whose care needs we are able to meet. Our care home team will discuss those needs with you before any booking is made.
- Respite stays are subject to a pre-admission assessment of care needs and prices vary depending on those requirements.
- This offer is subject to availability.
- Residents will still be required to enter into our respite residents’ contract, a copy of which will be provided before admission. All other terms and conditions of that contract will continue to apply.
