OSJCT 3‑for‑2 Respite Offer Terms and Conditions
- This offer is available at selected homes only, as identified on the OSJCT website.
- This offer applies to respite stays booked between 1 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 and paid for in full by 31 December 2026. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- This offer is subject to availability of a bedroom at the requested care home at the point at which you wish to stay.
- This offer is available only to residents paying the full respite fee for two weeks.
- Stays may commence on any day of the week, subject to prior agreement with the Home Manager.
- The offer applies only to three consecutive weeks of respite care.
- All respite stays are subject to a pre-admission assessment of care needs. Fees may vary depending on the individual's assessed requirements.
- This offer is available to privately funded residents only and is subject to the care home being able to meet the individual's care needs. These will be discussed with you before any booking is confirmed.
- If a resident is unable to stay for the third week of the respite booking, no refund will be given.
- Residents will be required to enter into the OSJCT Respite Resident Contract, a copy of which will be provided before admission and can also be viewed at www.osjct.co.uk/terms-conditions. All other terms and conditions of that contract will continue to apply.
- If you cancel your stay within seven days of the scheduled admission date, or leave during your stay, no refund will be provided.
- The offer must be mentioned at the time of booking.
- No other offer, promotion, or discount may be used in conjunction with this offer.
