At our small, friendly residential home in Aylesbury, we offer a warm, stable environment with compassionate, person-centred care. Our experienced team is committed to supporting each resident with dignity and kindness, helping families feel reassured that their loved one is safe, comfortable and truly cared for.
A home where everyone matters
Buckingham Road is a small, welcoming 7-bed bungalow providing care and support to six permanent residents and one respite placement. This close-knit setting allows us to truly know each person as an individual - their routines, preferences, and the things that bring them comfort and joy.
We support adults with a range of needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, physical or sensory impairments, autism and epilepsy. Our care and support reflects what matters most to families: kind, respectful teams that adapts to each person. Families and health professionals often praise our calm atmosphere, strong relationships, and the way our team listens and involves residents in decisions about their care.
Helping residents live with purpose
At Buckingham Road, we provide our support to each person’s individual needs, goals and aspirations. Our dedicated and caring staff provide person-centred care, helping residents remain as independent as possible. This includes support with meal planning and cooking, home safety, personal care routines and meaningful daily activities.
We actively promote community engagement and inclusion, supporting people to access local facilities, day centres services. Our team also focuses on developing and maintaining essential life skills, while encouraging social opportunities that build positive relationships with friends and family. Above all, we help each person feel included, valued and supported to live a life with purpose.
We've visited many care homes but can honestly say the motivation, caring and efforts of the staff at Buckingham Road surpasses anything we've seen elsewhere.

Together with our skilled support workers, they ensure the service runs smoothly while creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive, leading meaningful and fulfilling lives.
