Chesham Supported Living is a warm and inclusive service based in the heart of Buckinghamshire. We are committed to providing high-quality person-centered support that empowers people to live as independently as possible while feeling safe, respected and connected to their community.

Supported living in Chesham

Chesham Supported Living is made up of two services: Whitebeam and Hawthorn.

Whitebeam is a modern development of 14 self-contained flats offering privacy and independence with tailored support, ideal for those looking to develop their daily living skills in a safe and structured envionment.

Hawthorn is a welcoming shared house for up to seven people, promoting social opportunities, peer support, and a homely environment where individuals can build confidence, routines and lasting friendships.

At Chesham Supported Living, we tailor our support to each person’s individual needs, goals, and aspirations. Our dedicated and caring team provides:

Person-centred care that promotes independence and life skills, offering support with budgeting, meal planning, cooking, home safety, and personal care routines.
Community engagement and inclusion, helping individuals access local facilities, clubs, education, and employment opportunities.
Health and wellbeing support, including medication assistance and appointment planning.
Social opportunities and inclusion, encouraging positive relationships with friends and family and fostering a sense of purpose.

Our service is led by an experienced registered manager and deputy manager, supported by team leaders at each location who work closely with residents every day. Together with our skilled support workers, they ensure the service runs smoothly while creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive, leading meaningful and fulfilling lives.
