Welcome to High Wycombe Supported Living

Based in Buckinghamshire, we work in partnership with a local housing provider to deliver person-centred support within a range of high-quality accommodation settings. Our focus is on helping people live as independently as possible while feeling confident, connected, and in control of their lives.

Flexible, independent and shared living

We deliver support across five locations, offering a choice of independent and shared living environments.

Beechlands consists of 16 self-contained flats where individuals receive tailored support to develop their independence.

Millhouse offers 12 self-contained flats, offering privacy and flexible support for independent living. Desborough Avenue, along with 197 and 199 Cressex Road, each offer shared accomodation for 6 people, focusing on community living with structured daily support.

We work closely with housing providers, families, social care teams, health professionals and community organisations to ensure that every person is able to pursue opportunities that are meaningful to them. Our collaborative approach helps individuals to thrive, achieve their goals and feel proud of their progress.

Our service is led by an experienced registered manager and deputy manager, supported by team leaders at each location who work closely with residents every day. Together with our skilled support workers, they ensure the service runs smoothly while creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive, leading meaningful and fulfilling lives.
