Our aim is to support people to live independently within their own home. Packages of care are tailored to the individual ensuring that care is person centred, it meets their needs and lifetsyle as well as promoting independence.
Flexible support, centred around you
At Milton Keynes Supported Living, we provide personalised support across a range of local settings whether that’s in your own home, shared accommodation, or living with family. Support is tailored to individual needs, from 24-hour care to just a few hours a week.
Our team can help with personal care, attending appointments, shopping, managing bills and maintaining the home. We also support people to stay active and connected, including accessing local community activities, holidays and day trips.
