Opened in March 2013, this attractive development offers 55 apartments for independent living with beautiful communal areas in which to relax and socialise. Of these, 37 have one bedroom and are available to rent and 18 have two bedrooms and are for sale on a shared ownership basis.

Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager
Experts in all aspects of care, the Team Leader is focused on the care delivered in the scheme and quality of life for all clients.

Dementia Lead
Responsible for ensuring everyone is up-to-date on the latest learning on dementia and for championing the best quality care for clients with dementia.

Carers
Our professional and expertly trained Carers are on hand around the clock to ensure all clients enjoy a fulfilling and independent lifestyle.

Admiral Nurse
Registered nurses, who are supported by Dementia UK, specialise in dementia care and are available to support families and carers of those affected by dementia.

Domiciliary Care Manager

Chiannon began her career with the Trust in 2013 as a Domiciliary Carer. Through her dedication and exceptional performance, she progressed to the role of Deputy Care Manager in 2018 and was subsequently appointed Domiciliary Care Manager in 2024.

During her time as Deputy Care Manager, Chiannon took a leading role in medication management and delivering moving and handling training to employees across the schemes. Her focus on best practices and continuous improvement has significantly enhanced the quality of care provided.

Chiannon’s outstanding contributions have been widely recognised. She was awarded Extra Care Housing Leader of the Year in 2021, the Trust Efficiency and Development Award in 2023, and most recently, the Inspirational Leader Award in 2024, a reflection of her leadership, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Known for her passion for delivering high quality, person centred care, Chiannon has a strong, trusting relationships with both clients and their families. Her professionalism, compassion, and integrity make her a valued leader within the organisation and a role model in the care sector.

Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager

Daniela joined the Trust in 2024 as Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager at Shotover View. Since moving to England in 2017, she has worked in care and quickly fell in love with the profession. With experience in both care home environments and community care settings, Daniela brings a well-rounded understanding of the sector.

In 2022, she achieved a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and is always eager to continue developing professionally. In November 2024, Daniela completed a training course enabling her to train employees in Moving and Handling and is currently undertaking further training to be able to deliver Delegated Health Tasks in partnership with District Nurses.

Outside of work, Daniela enjoys reading, going on walks, and spending time with her two affectionate cats at home.
