ECH Care Manager wins Leader of the Year in Trust Awards 2020
OSJCT Shining Stars Employee Awards 2020
Kayleigh Cross, who works across three Extra Care Housing (ECH) Schemes, in Oxfordshire has been selected as a winner in The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) Employee Awards 2020. The Trust, which employs over 5,200 staff across its homes and offices, selected 48 winners from a shortlist of 129 finalists.
The Care Manager has been awarded OSJCT ECH Leader of the Year 2020, Oxfordshire. She manages domiciliary care across Centurion House in Bicester, Orchard Meadows in Banbury and The Paddocks in Chipping Norton.
Kayleigh, who joined the Trust in 2015 as a carer, was nominated for her passion for caring and constant drive to improve herself. She was commended for her professionalism, positivity and enthusiasm.
On receiving her award, Kayleigh said: “I was really shocked as I had won this award previously two years ago. I love my job every day is different! I am honoured to have won the award.”
