Opened in June 2011 the attractive development has 19 one bed apartments and 21 two bed apartments. Of these 35 apartments are available for rent and 5 apartments available to purchase on a shared ownership basis.
Each apartment has its own spacious lounge, kitchenette and bathroom, with "wet room" shower facility for ease of access. Additional communal facilities include two comfortable lounges, a laundry, assisted bathroom, buggy store/access and lovely gardens

As head of the scheme, the Manager ensures the smooth running of the scheme and that all the team are providing the best possible environment for every client.
Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager
Experts in all aspects of care, the Team Leader is focused on the care delivered in the scheme and quality of life for all clients.
Dementia Lead
Responsible for ensuring everyone is up-to-date on the latest learning on dementia and for championing the best quality care for clients with dementia.
Carers
Our professional and expertly trained Carers are on hand around the clock to ensure all clients enjoy a fulfilling and independent lifestyle.
Admiral Nurse
Registered nurses, who are supported by Dementia UK, specialise in dementia care and are available to support families and carers of those affected by dementia.

Natalie Leigh started with the Trust in 2012 at Glebe House as a Carer. She progressed to Care Leader and later became Head of Care at Madley Park House before taking on the role of Domiciliary Care Manager at Orchard Meadows and Moorside Place in 2021.
With two decades of experience in care and qualifications including QCF Level 3 (working towards Level 5), she has received numerous awards, including Oxfordshire's Leader of the Year (2017) and the Chairman’s Commendation (2021). Natalie finds great satisfaction in knowing her work makes a difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her five granddaughters and her dog, Dexter.

Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager
Clare Smith has been part of the Trust for over six years, progressing from a Domiciliary Carer to Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager at Orchard Meadows. She also serves as Peripatetic Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager, supporting other schemes weekly.
Clare is currently studying for her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. She is passionate about ensuring each client receives the best care and enjoys seeing their lives fulfilled. Clare particularly values the relationships she builds with both clients and employees. In her personal time, she enjoys being with her family and shopping with her daughters.
