Opened in June 2011 the attractive development has 19 one bed apartments and 21 two bed apartments. Of these 35 apartments are available for rent and 5 apartments available to purchase on a shared ownership basis.

Each apartment has its own spacious lounge, kitchenette and bathroom, with "wet room" shower facility for ease of access. Additional communal facilities include two comfortable lounges, a laundry, assisted bathroom, buggy store/access and lovely gardens

Domiciliary Care Manager
As head of the scheme, the Manager ensures the smooth running of the scheme and that all the team are providing the best possible environment for every client.

Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager
Experts in all aspects of care, the Deputy Manager is focused on the care delivered in the scheme and quality of life for all clients.

Dementia Lead
Responsible for ensuring everyone is up-to-date on the latest learning on dementia and for championing the best quality care for clients with dementia.

Carers
Our professional and expertly trained Carers are on hand around the clock to ensure all clients enjoy a fulfilling and independent lifestyle.

Admiral Nurse
Registered nurses, who are supported by Dementia UK, specialise in dementia care and are available to support families and carers of those affected by dementia.

Adam Joined the trust at the start of June 2026, he has been in the care sector since April 2010  where over the years he has worked his way up from a carer to supervisor, assessor and is now the manager at Moorside place and Orchard Meadows.  

Adam recently completed his Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care with the grade of distinction. He has from a young age been around the care sector as his Mother has always worked in care so her passion for ensuring clients have the best care and life has passed down to him. 

Adam is a family man who enjoys spending his free time with his family going on days out but particularly sharing his love for film and media with his 3 children.

Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager

Zoe first joined the Trust in 2021 as a bank Night Care Assistant at Orchard, before returning in January 2024 as a Night Care Assistant at Moorside Place. She progressed to Deputy Care Manager at Centurion House in November 2024 and later transferred back to Orchard in October 2025.

Zoe has worked in care since 2013, primarily within domiciliary care, and holds a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. She is passionate about supporting people in their own homes and values the opportunity to hear residents’ stories and learn from their experiences. Alongside her role, Zoe is a Moving and Handling Trainer at Orchard Meadows and a designated Health Care Task Trainer, following her work with the OUH District Nursing team. She is also part of a panel focused on increasing training and knowledge to better support people with learning disabilities.

Zoe is committed to continuing her professional development and hopes to complete her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care in the future. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, extended family, and friends, as well as reading.
