Joe Wicks fans at Avonbourne Care Centre dance in support of BBC Children in Need challenge
A workout in Pudsey ears to cheer the fitness star on.

Residents Judy Coombes, 90, and Mary Maidment, 85, along with Activity Coordinator Alix Williams-Duffield joined in with Joe Wicks workout this morning (12 November) broadcast to homes as part of his 24-hour exercise challenge. The trio at Avonbourne Care Centre in Old Sarum, run by The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) took part in a 20 minute online exercise class.
Keen fitness fan, Judy, said: “Exercise makes me feel good, alive, not old, dancing fit! I used to love dancing and my granny called me twinkle toes.”
Mary, who exercised from a chair, said: “It’s a good cause.”
Activity Coordinator Alix Williams-Duffield has been following Joe Wicks and his workouts for the last three years. She said: “Fitness is a big focus at Avonbourne, we were very grateful to Joe for introducing his 10-minute senior workouts, and we’ve been joining in with those at the home since April.
“We are big fans of Joe here, and we wish him the best of luck with his fitness challenge."
