Athelstan House offers compassionate, individualised residential, nursing and day care for up to 80 residents in a modern, comfortable environment.
Opened in November 2008 by HRH The Prince of Wales, our care centre is situated on the outskirts of the historic medieval town of Malmesbury. The care centre is named after the first king of England who is buried in Malmesbury Abbey.
The Malmesbury Primary Care Centre, with its extensive GP services, and Boots pharmacy are next door as part of the Priory Way complex that was built on the site of the original Malmesbury Community Hospital.
