About the Home

This modern home offers you a cosy and comfortable environment where you can continue to enjoy a fulfilling and independent lifestyle. Our friendly, professionally trained staff team is on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week to give you the high quality support and care that you need, when you need it.

Our ground floor has a dedicated nursing unit catering for up to 23 residents in single en suite bedrooms and our first floor is a specialist dementia care centre catering for 37 residents. Our aim is to provide high quality person-centred care and services to everyone with dignity respect and compassion. We support independence in an atmosphere of warmth, security, companionship and laughter.

Relax or socialise with friends and family in one of the comfortable lounges, or enjoy the peace and quiet of your own spacious bed-sitting room. We are fortunate to have landscaped gardens, easily accessible by wheelchair, so everyone can enjoy the beautiful flowers, plants and trees throughout the year.

Food and Nutrition

Home cooked meals are prepared by our talented cook and kitchen team. As well as taking advantage of seasonal produce whenever possible, the freshly prepared, delicious dishes are carefully balanced to get the best nutritional value and take account of any individual dietary requirements or preferences.  The team loves to cater for a special occasion, like a birthday, and of course, visitors are always welcome to join us.

Choose to take part in one of the many activities taking place every day, organised by our dedicated Activity Coordinator around each person's hobbies, interests or requests. We'll be pleased to help you to continue with existing pastimes or support you in trying something new if you so wish. There are also regular visits by outside entertainers. Whether you want to join in a group activity or simply read a book, we make sure that everyone is able to enjoy themselves to the fullest.
