We support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. Downley Lodge is a separate, adjacent accommodation within The Heights’ site where younger adults with complex needs live. It has its own staff team and entrance but is part of the same overall CQC-regulated service.

Downley Lodge is a welcoming, small residential home offering 12 permanent beds and 3 respite rooms. We provide personalised, person-centred support that places you at the heart of everything we do. Through a holistic approach, we respect and nurture your individual choices while supporting your physical, emotional, social, and safety needs—helping you live a life that is meaningful, fulfilling, and truly your own.

Our vibrant residential care home offers much more than just a place to live. Designed with your wellbeing and comfort in mind, it quickly becomes a place you can call home. From the moment you move in, you’re encouraged to put your stamp on your home.
With the support of your key worker, you can personalise your bedroom, take part in house meetings - expressing your opinions and thoughts on how your home is managed. You’ll also get stuck in with the daily running of your home. From meal planning and organising days out and trips away, we’ll support you to make meaningful contributions and decisions.
