About the Role

OSJCT is recruiting for an experienced Social Media Executive to lead the Trust’s social media activity. This is a key role in shaping and delivering engaging, high-quality content that enhances brand awareness, strengthens reputation, and supports occupancy growth. The role focuses on creative storytelling, national campaign execution, and proactive outreach to build the Trust’s presence across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing the social media strategy in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Developing and managing content plans with key stakeholders to align social media activity with marketing campaigns.
• Managing central, brand social media accounts and oversee individual care home Facebook pages.
• Providing guidance to Home Managers and their teams on content creation and account management.
• Planning, creating, and optimising engaging organic content and social campaigns, using data insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Monitoring and respond to comments, ensuring appropriate engagement.
• Delivering social media training through workshops and own the creation and delivery of social media policies.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual with extensive experience in professional social media management and content creation. You will have a proven track record of running multiple professional accounts, growing engagement, and executing high-quality content for social media.
