Reporting Analyst
Location:Lincoln
Hours per week: 37.5 with hybrid working 2-3 days working from home.
Salary: £28-30k per annum.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst the Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support across the Trust and its subsidiaries, delivering high quality, timely, business key critical analysis, developing and improving financial and non-financial reports.
The role requires a high level of numerical, technical skills and strong excel skills and with the curiosity and capability to use the wealth of data OSJCT has to help build and maintain an analytical centre of excellence. This role will require active engagement with stakeholders across the Executive Team, Operations, Care Quality, Finance, and IT.
About you:
- You will be educated to Degree Level with evidence of own career and professional development.
- Able to communicate information and ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent data validation and manipulation techniques – using Excel (to an Advanced level), linked workbooks, pivot tables and statistical analysis tools
- Sound business analysis and statistical analysis skills
- seeks out opportunities to improve current processes and contributes ideas to continuously improve the quality of service provided by the function
