Pay: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a confident Reward and Wellbeing Officer with strong Excel skills to join our People Team. Reporting to the Head of Reward and Recognition, you will support the delivery of fair, competitive reward practices while contributing to wellbeing initiatives across the Trust.
The Role
This is a varied role combining data analysis with employee-focused work. You’ll be the first point of contact for reward and wellbeing, whilst supporting pay reviews, benchmarking, and reward processes, ensuring decisions are informed, consistent, and aligned to market. You’ll also administer benefits and recognition schemes, maintain job evaluation frameworks, and support Gender Pay Gap reporting. Alongside this, you’ll help plan and deliver wellbeing initiatives and promote engagement.
About You
You’re confident working with data, detail focused and have strong Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), turning complex data into clear insight. You’re an effective communicator who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You also have an interest in supporting employee wellbeing. Experience in reward, HR, or a similar analytical role is essential, along with an understanding of benchmarking and job evaluation. A CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) is also essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering and enhancing our reward, benefits, and wellbeing offering across the Trust.
We reserve the right to close this role before the closing date, with no advance notice. We do encourage you to complete an application as soon as possible if interested.
