Now the excitement and festivities of Christmas are over the January blues can tend to creep in. With this in mind, residents of Spencer Court in Woodstock are getting moving! The home has invited local fitness instructors to help get the blood pumping and deliver uplifting movement classes of yoga and t’ai chi.

Whether it's live entertainment or a lunch, the community around Avonbourne Care Centre are invited to join our residents for a bit of fun and company at least 3 times per week.

As part of the OSJCT ‘Beat the January Blues’ campaign, the residents of St Wilfrid’s Priory Care Home are enjoying food-tasting experiences, to stimulate the mind and taste buds.
