OSJCT Moments
With so many precious moments happening in and around our homes each day, what better way to document it than in a weekly, bite-size story that can be shared with and enjoyed by everyone. Here are some of the inspired moments of joy our residents, teams and communities have been appreciating recently.
Treats Trolley at The Lakes Care Centre
Thursdays are special here OSJCT The Lakes Care Centre. We have introduced a Treats Trolley ?. Last week we gave out Goody Bags to all our residents which included hand cream, crosswords, sweets and coloured pens ??. Today we have been offering a choice of treats in addition to some wonderful goodies donated by our friends Waitrose & Partners in Cirencester. A huge thank you to them and to our Activities Team ?

Pizzas were on the menu at Monkscroft Care Centre thanks to the generosity of Cheltenham painting and decorating company Decorative Holmes. The home was also grateful for the flowers it received from local firm The Flower Man.
Marston Court were delighted with their Easter church service via Zoom
Residents at Marston Court were delighted when David Earl from Marston Neighbourhood Church was able to lead an Easter Service for them via Zoom, even getting the hymn lyrics on a big screen so they could join in with their usual gusto!
Keeping in Contact at Millbrook Lodge
Millbrook Lodge employees were sent a lovely ‘cheer up’ from one of the local school children who often visit during the home’s coffee mornings on Wednesdays. The colourful picture urged carers to keep up the good work and copies of it have been put up around the home.
Keeping in Contact at Isis House
Isis House residents received pictures and a letter from some of the children that attend the home’s baby group and also got a lovely picture from Robyn, a staff member’s sister. John and Gerline sent them all something back.
Keeping in Contact at Spencer Court
Spencer Court residents were delighted to be sent so many pictures and letters from the children of Eynsham Pre-School.
