OSJCT Moments
With so many precious moments happening in and around our homes each day, what better way to document it than in a weekly, bite-size story that can be shared with and enjoyed by everyone. Here are some of the inspired moments of joy our residents, teams and communities have been appreciating recently.
Donations for Emerine House
Ermine House has received donations of food from both Tesco on Wragby Road, Lincoln and Costa at The Carlton Centre, but the highlight for employees was when The Fish King sent over freshly cooked fish, chips and mushy peas for the team.
Decorative Holmes and The Flower Man donation
Pizzas were on the menu at Monkscroft Care Centre thanks to the generosity of Cheltenham painting and decorating company Decorative Holmes. The home was also grateful for the flowers it received from local firm The Flower Man.
Radiquip Media Services donation
Salisbury firm Radiquip Media Services had been due to attend an event at Avonbourne Care Centre, but this had to be cancelled because of the restrictions on access. To make up for this the company donated more than 60 bunches of daffodils for the residents.
Marlborough College donation
Coombe End Court was delighted to receive a delivery of surplus food and other items from Marlborough College. The home also received flowers from Tesco in Marlborough.
A message to Foxby Court
"As a new manager joining Foxby Court, during these very difficult times, I wanted to thank the team here for making me feel so very welcome. They work so very hard and are so dedicated to the residents, that you can actually feel a virtual hug all around the home, we have had tears and laughter, song and dance and all that’s in between over the last month, it has been a pleasure coming into work."

Yummy treat donations!
Lake House was sent some delicious cakes, the team at Spencer Court loved getting two boxes of creme eggs, a huge box of biscuits and a hamper of chocolates, and Townsend House was delighted to receive a special thank you cake from a resident's relative in America!
