OSJCT Moments
With so many precious moments happening in and around our homes each day, what better way to document it than in a weekly, bite-size story that can be shared with and enjoyed by everyone. Here are some of the inspired moments of joy our residents, teams and communities have been appreciating recently.
Donations for Townsend House and Watersmead
Watersmead benefitted from a donation of flowers, magazines and books from the Warminster Waitrose, and Townsend House has also had deliveries from their local Waitrose of plants, flowers, puzzle books and magazines.
Thank you Morrisons and Cafe Nero!
Morrisons donated food items to Gregory House and flowers to Whitefriars which also received a food package from Café Nero.
Donation from Superdrug
Superdrug in Abingdon very kindly managed to source Old Station House 40 large and 40 small bottles of hand gel.

The generosity of the local Community over the past few weeks, has overwhelmed the staff at Gregory House on Welby Gardens in Grantham.
What started off as drawings through the door from neighbouring children and a supermarket drop off has expanded into daily deliveries of care packages for residents and staff as well as vital PPE and welcome treats.
Home Manager, Anna Lewkowicz said "We cannot even begin to thank everyone as there has been so many kind and generous people, but I would like express our sincere gratitude to Grantham Lions, Ropsley WI, Kings School, Robert Pattinson School in North Hykeham, Totemic and special friends of the home, Robin Dickinson, Marlene Brown and Sandi Macmillan-Bunn – you are all truly amazing people and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
Resident, Jean Miller said: "I am so happy with my goodie bag from Grantham Lions, receiving this has put a big smile on my face."
Well done to The Lakes Care Centre!
The team at The Lakes Care Centre enjoyed chocolate and cake all round after not just one employee but the whole team were nominated for the home's Employee of the Month award for March in recognition of their hard work switching shifts, taking on extra shifts and working in different departments.
Chilton Garden Centre donation
Residents at The Meadows were delighted to receive a donation of orchids and potted plants from Chilton Garden Centre.
