Millbrook Lodge’s new minibus

Millbrook Lodge’s new minibus

Thanks to fundraising and donations from supporters Millbrook Lodge now owns a new minibus. The bus will transport residents to medical appointments, and when safe to do so, on trips to resident’s favourite destinations.

£11,000 was raised during 2020 to cover the cost of the minibus and some external signage. The minibus was delivered to the home in December.

Deputy Manager, Hayley Taylor, said: “What an achievement! This opportunity would not have been possible without all the support received. On behalf of Millbrook Lodge employees and residents we would like to say a huge heartfelt thank you to all those who have made this possible.”
