Florence Court is located on the outskirts of the popular county town of Trowbridge where shops, leisure facilities and public transport are easily available.

Opened in June 2011, this modern building comprises 40 two-bedroom luxury apartments designed for independent living with the reassurance of care and support from our professionally trained, friendly staff team. Of these, 20 apartments are available to purchase on a shared ownership basis and 20 apartments available to rent.
The apartments have a spacious lounge/dining area, with adjoining fitted kitchenette and "wet room" style bathrooms, equipped with hand rails, shower, wash basin and toilet. The bathroom is accessible from both the master bedroom and the entrance foyer of the flat.
The scheme has a beautifully decorated lounge and dining area, and the lounge opens out on to a large patio area and lovely landscaped gardens. There is also a hairdressing salon, an activities room, library and residents' shop.
Events and activities occur on a regular basis; such as coffee afternoons, quizzes, music, various clubs and seasonal celebrations
What is Extra Care Housing?
The expert care we can provide ranges from practical help with getting dressed and bathed or household tasks, such as laundry and shopping, to companionship and conversation.
And it’s all tailored to your individual needs, so you can choose how much help you receive and when, and this can be adjusted as your needs change.

We also offer a 24-hour emergency response service, so you know that help is always at hand should you need it urgently.

Admiral Nurse
Registered nurses, who are supported by Dementia UK, specialise in dementia care and are available to support families and carers of those affected by dementia.
Food
You can enjoy your own home cooked meals in the comfort of your own accommodation. Should you wish to take meals with your neighbours the scheme has a beautifully decorated lounge and dining area, with meals being provided by an outside caterer.
